What is self-love?

Self-love is acceptance, respect, perceptions, courage, positive thoughts, and considerations that we have towards ourselves and that can be appreciated by those around us.

Self-love depends on our will to love ourselves. 5. Look at the Mirror

Looking yourself in the mirror from time to time is not a bad thing. It helps you understand your body, gestures, and your characteristics beyond what the other image offers you. Looking at the mirror amplifies the connection between body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit.
